The Accreditation Workshop is an optional event and includes two sessions. A separate registration fee is required. The registration fee allows up to three company representatives to attend the workshop. Please note that lunch is not included in the registration fee.
*All non-member AMC delegates must meet the AMC Membership Eligibility Requirements in order to register for the AMC Institute Annual Meeting.
** Guest registration allows access to the Welcome Reception, Thursday Cocktail Reception and the Closing Reception.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by January 27, 2014 in order to receive a 50% refund on registration fees. No refunds will be issued after this date.
