MCI takes over the assets of PGI Live Communication in Germany
As of 2 October 2006, MCI has expanded and strengthened its presence in the German market. MCI, with head office in Geneva (Switzerland) is taking over the business operations of Stuttgart-based PGI Live Communication GmbH. Continuity is assured by the well-functioning existing team.
With this expansion, MCI is broadening its field of expertise in Germany, thanks to the valuable know-how from Stuttgart. Carsten Knieriem, previously the PGI manager, will be in charge of the German MCI office in Stuttgart as the Managing Director of MCI Germany GmbH.
"The expansion is another logical step for us in the continuous development of our presence in the European market", explains Polo Looser, MCI Managing Director of the Germany/Austria/Switzerland region. "This milestone opens up great opportunities for us to pursue targeted growth and the future development of our activities."
MCI has taken over the PGI business operation and its qualified staff by way of an asset deal. This means that the agency has a well-established team in Stuttgart, which has looked after numerous top-class customers in recent years.

MCI used this opportunity to move its Stuttgart office to a new location in the city.
