Total Management Solutions, Inc. is pleased to announce that they will serve as the management company for the New York State Collectors Association. An association of 135 collection agencies, NYSCA members employ over 3,000 people in New York State.

The purpose of the association is to "further and promote the general welfare of the credit and collection industry and to encourage the adoption of legislation favoring the rights of those engaged in the collection and credit industry."

Total Management Solutions was founded in 2000 by Sheila Guston, a Certified Association Executive with more that twenty-five years of association management experience. The mission of TMS is to "provide knowledgeable, professional management to associations, membership societies, foundations and non-profit organizations in an efficient, cost-effective manner." Ms. Guston, president of TMS, stated how excited she and the staff of TMS were to be able to assist the NYSCA in reaching its goals. "We hope to be able to guide the New York State Collectors Association in increasing its membership and making it the preeminent association in its field." she said.
