management company (AMC) owners and their practice partners spent
the day with David Maister, one of the foremost thought leaders
on the professional services industry. During this interactive,
high-level, educational program, Mr. Maister presented a full-day
workshop customized to focus on the challenges and opportunities
of managing professional service firms (AMCs), their owners and
their practice leaders. “The program actually exceeded my
expectations – great delivery, excellent content in an understandable
and practical way,” said Lynda Patterson, vice president of
Executive Director, Inc.
During lunch, Michael S. Olson, CAE, outgoing president and CEO
