The AMC Institute has developed a Standard of Good Practices for the Association Management Industry. The ANSI/AMCI Standard of Good Practices assists professional Association Management Companies (AMCs) in the establishment of internal quality service delivery systems.
AMCs that can demonstrate they have developed and implemented industry best practices by meeting the requirements of the Standard shall be eligible to apply for AMC Institute Accreditation. The AMC Institute Accreditation Program is intended to encourage AMCs to improve management practices as well as improve communications between AMCs and their clients.
The Standard is intended to create a message that communicates to an AMC’s present and prospective clients and the marketplace that accredited AMCs have a strong commitment and the ability to deliver service to its clients through conformance to the ANSI/AMCI Standard.
