Regional Forums

An Opportunity for AMCs to Connect Regionally with Other AMCs!

AMC Institute offers opportunities for AMC owners and staff to connect regionally, in an effort to maintain communication with members throughout the year. The forums provide for the sharing of best practices and for the exchange of ideas and brainstorming sessions to find solutions to your most challenging AMC issues.

There are very few opportunities for AMCs to network and talk solely with other AMCs. We use this valuable time to discuss the topics and trends thart impact the AMC industry.

If you are interested in hosting a Regional Forum, access samples and templates to help with planning and also contact our Director of Programs, Katie Agard (kagard@amcinstitute.org)  for more information.

AMC Institute hosts a variety of educational webinars through the year.  Access materials from past webinars below:

AMCI Accreditation Program is no longer in it’s infancy. The Transition of clients among AMCs has highlighted that there is currently not a standard approach to how auditors are performing the “Review of Agreed Upon Procedures” for accreditation.
The goal is to confirm a standard approach to the review process.  This webinar outlines the review process from the reviewer's perspective and will be valuable to AMC owners, staff in charge of accreditation and those CPA's who perform this type of review.

Explore the topic of PCI DSS Compliance. Being PCI Compliant has specific meaning for your clients as well as for your AMC. Watch the recorded webinar and download the handout.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a worldwide information security standard defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. The standard was created to help organizations that process card payments to prevent credit card fraud through increased controls around data and its exposure to compromise.  Compliance with PCI DSS standards has become a hot topic with AMCs.  There is a lot of information and misinformation regarding the implementation of becoming compliant.  To clarify this issue, the AMC Institute is hosting this webinar to share practical realities for an AMC in addressing PCI DSS Compliance.
