AMC Institute offers two useful resources for preparing an RFP.
- RFP Template — This Word document provides you with a template and instructions to prepare an RFP that will give prospective AMCs all of the information they need to develop a quality, thorough proposal for your review. You can save this on your computer, input your information, delete the instructional text, and re-save it as your own document.
- Sample RFP — This page provides you with a sample RFP to get an idea of what kinds of information the typical association provides to prospective association management companies.
