CANCELLATION
We hope you don't, but in the event you need to cancel, please see the following cancellation policy.  

• Cancellations received 60 days prior to the meeting date will receive a full refund minus a $75 handling fee.
• Cancellations received 59-30 days prior to the meeting date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the meeting date or cancellations received during the meeting are not refundable.

HOUSING
The Annual Meeting room block at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel is officially sold out. Additional accommodations may be available at hotels within a short distance from the meeting. Due to the increase in leisure travel in June, attendees in need of accommodations are encouraged to book at their earliest convenience.
