Join us for the 2018 AMCs Engaged! Conference Saturday, August 18 in Chicago, Illinois!

AMCs Engaged! is tailored to meet the unique challenges of the AMC community and help professionals prepare for the changing business landscape. Whether you're part of the leadership team of an experienced association management company, a new owner navigating the first few years, or an entrepreneur investigating the strengths of the AMC model, you can join your peers for a day-long deep-dive into current trends and topics impacting the changing workforce of AMCI members. During the sessions, hear the latest research, best-practice company experiences, and emerging trends affecting the future of work. Your time will be enhanced by making connections with other professionals that provide management solutions. 

AMCs Engaged! meeting is offered as a focused, one-day pre-conference program prior to the ASAE Annual Meeting. This collaboration provides educational and networking opportunities that are not available through other sources, and allows AMC members to gain insightful knowledge and make contacts that provide value year round. Please note: Vendors/suppliers who are not members of AMCI are not permitted to attend AMCs Engaged!

The refund policy is as follows:
Cancellations received 60 days prior to meeting date, will receive all amounts paid to AMCI minus a $75 handling fee. 
Cancellations received 59-30 days prior to the meeting date, will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the meeting date, or cancellations received during the meeting, are not refundable.

Culture is the character and personality of your organization, and shows both your staff and clients the sum of your values, traditions, beliefs and behaviors. Many of us tout our culture without really knowing what it is or means – and how we can use the positive elements of our culture to attract new business. Join two AMCs with different sizes, geographic locations and client bases as they help us explore both the elements to celebrate, as well as areas for development that will improve both your staff and client experiences.

How do we make the call of when to trust an outside vendor to partner on our business operations and development? How do we appropriately vet those partners, at the outset of the relationship as well as on an ongoing basis? And when do we make the decision to either keep or pull services back to in-house staff?
