LEXINGTON, KY — AMR Management Services is pleased to announce a series of executive leadership promotions, effective January 1, 2026, reflecting the firm’s continued growth and investment in exceptional talent.
Tracy Tucker has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Tucker will oversee AMR’s day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and consistent delivery of high-quality service to clients. Tucker has been with AMR more than 25 years and previously served as Executive Vice President.
DeLaine Bender, CAE, has been promoted to Chief Growth Officer, where she will lead AMR’s business development, marketing, and communications strategy, with a focus on expanding the firm’s reach within the association management space. Bender previously served as Vice President of Client Services and has been with AMR for more than 15 years.
Melanie Bowzer, CAE, has been promoted to Vice President of Client Services. In this role, she will support AMR’s client services strategy, ensuring strong client relationships and exceptional client experiences. Bowzer previously served as AMR’s Managing Director and has been with the firm for more than 14 years.
