Raybourn Group International Ranks #22 by Indiana Chamber of Commerce as Best Places to Work in Indiana

INDIANAPOLIS – Raybourn Group International is honored to have been named one of Indiana’s Best Places to Work by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce for the sixth year in a row. The Chamber revealed nominee rankings at an awards dinner on May 13, 2026, naming Raybourn Group International (RGI) as the 22nd best small-medium company (35 – 74 employees) to work for in Indiana.

“Being named as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana for the sixth consecutive year is such an honor, and I am so proud of what we’ve built and continue to maintain in our pursuit of serving our clients and our RGI community,” says President Leslie Murphy, CAE, FASAE. “RGI would not be who we are today without the dedication and talents of our team. We as a company are committed to helping our employees advance themselves even further by investing in education, professional development opportunities, and by creating an environment focused on collaboration.”

An accredited association management company, RGI has been partnering with membership-based associations and organizations since 1988, making it their mission to help organizations deliver on their own unique missions through strategic management, consulting, and event planning. The company prioritizes employee well being and encourages a workplace where staff members can show up authentically as their true selves, core strengths that are reflected in RGI making this list time and time again. From office activities like chili cook-offs and monthly team bonding lunches, to weekly emails celebrating individual and team “wins”, RGI works hard to make sure employees feel seen and valued.

To be considered for the Best Places to Work recognition, companies are evaluated on overall workplace excellence, measured by comprehensive employer reports and employee surveys on company practices, programs, benefits, and culture. “An enjoyable workplace remains one of the strongest magnets for top talent,” says Indiana Chamber President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders. “Organizations that cultivate a healthy culture tend to perform better overall, boosting productivity and long-term success. We applaud this year’s honorees for their dedication to implementing standout workplace practices that help them attract and keep exceptional employees.”
