AMCI is excited to welcome Robin Troutman, CMP, DARC as our new Senior Manager of Operations & Strategic Execution. Robin brings more than two decades of leadership experience across nonprofit operations, global policy, disability inclusion, and systems‑change work. Her background includes advising senior U.S. State Department officials, directing national initiatives across all 56 states and territories, and leading major accessibility and inclusive‑technology partnerships.

In her new role, Robin will serve as AMCI’s central execution lead—driving clarity, alignment, and follow‑through across our education, workforce development, and operational priorities. Her responsibilities will include AMCI’s professional advancement portfolio, career pathways strategy, operational support, the board liaison role, and cross‑team project management driving to strategy.

Robin’s strengths in stakeholder engagement, organizational structure, and talent development align directly with AMCI’s strategic goals and our commitment to strengthening the AMC workforce pipeline.
