Essentient Association Management is a full service A.M.C. (Association Management Company) based in the Greater Toronto Area.

High Altitude “What”/Ground-level “How” – Essentient believes that association management can be pure and simple. It also recognizes that pure and simple is not always the reality and that sometimes, the “complicated” has to be made uncomplicated through critical, high-level thinking or simplified through grassroots tactical planning. Essentient has experience from the strategic to the operational and enjoys being involved in the process that takes an idea from vision to action.

Innovative Ideas – Essentient is always asking the question, “How can we do this more effectively or more efficiently?” We never say, “No change is necessary because this is the way it’s always been done.” Taking a continuous improvement approach, Essentient believes that everything has the potential to be made better.

Customer Service – Essentient believes that everything an association does begins with the member in mind. Influenced by several years spent meeting member expectations, Essentient believes in a culture that honours the customer/vendor partnership. This translates into being responsive to member queries, supportive of Board decisions and respectful of the roles played by volunteers. Essentient also believes in value for money and is committed to providing appropriate levels of service that will enable associations to execute deliverables without relying too heavily on volunteers.

Matching Values - We believe being a responsible employer and community leader are an important part of an organization’s culture. We donate our time and resources so that we make our community stronger together. We are volunteers too!
