Performing Under Pressure: The Science of Doing Your Best When it Matters Most
Dr. JP Pawliw-Fry, Leadership and Performance Expert, New York Times Bestselling Author

No one performs better under pressure. Whether in sports or business or deal making, pressure diminishes the key faculties – judgment, attention, ability to listen and analytical abilities – required to perform and lead. While this may seem like a negative message on the surface, it actually presents an opportunity: those who can manage pressure more effectively stand to gain. They do better in decision making, endurance, deal making, performance and leadership compared to others who are more negatively affected by pressure.

In this program, you will learn insight from the twelve thousand person study and the NY Times bestselling book, Performing Under Pressure, to help you take a less haphazard, more intentional approach to your most difficult moments so that you can continue to perform at a high level in spite of the disruption and challenge your organization is facing. Delivered in an interactive way, this program offers the latest science on how the brain responds under pressure and tested strategies to help you overcome the sabotaging effects of pressure.
