(DNPCB) to provide certain administrative and management services to the certifying board.

In the new partnership with DNPCB, DPS will provide assistance in the areas of administration, accounting, meeting and event management, marketing and communications, publishing, and technology and web services.

The mission of the DNPCB is to promote the highest standards of dermatology nursing practice and establish credentialing mechanisms for validating proficiency in dermatology nursing. The DNPCB promotes attainment of the highest standards of nursing practice by requiring for certification 1) the attainment of a common knowledge base, 2) utilization of the nursing process, and 3) a high level of skill in the practice setting.

The DPS team will consist of Howes; Tracy Schorle, Director; Maria Berg Stark, Account Executive; Beth DeMars and Mark Jacobson, Managers; Melissa LaBarbera, Sales Manager; and Lisa Sykes, Meeting Services Manager. They have a collective 85 years of experience in association management.
