A 30% discount on ENCORE-owned equipment will be provided to AMCI member organizations at hotel and meeting venues where ENCORE is the sole in-house event technology provider and such AMCI member has agreed to use ENCORE exclusively for the entire event (general session and breakouts).This discount provided excludes service and labor charges and required sub-rental of equipment, rigging, high speed internet, copiers, printers, consumable items such as tape, markers, and other non-reusable items and special-order items outside of ENCORE’s owned equipment inventory and any other expenses as provided in the ENCORE/member contract for the event. This discount cannot be used with any other offers from ENCORE. AMCI member must notify ENCORE of such member’s request to use this discount at the initial point of contact.
