PRINCETON JUNCTION, N.J. – August 14, 2019 – CMA, a full-service communications, marketing and association management firm, announced today four new hires: Michael Canino, Amy Schroeder, Kimberly Tjoumakaris and Paulina Gnuechtel.

Michael Canino joins CMA as a client director. He serves as the Executive Director, as well as provides leadership in daily operations, strategic planning and administrative functions for multiple associations. In addition, Canino offers strategic planning advisement and manages internal teams. He also serves as a liaison to boards, committees and members.
Canino has more than eight years of experience in the association industry and has served in various management roles throughout his career. Most recently, he led a company-wide member services department providing solutions to all client operations related to membership support, event management, reporting and database and Internet initiatives. Canino is a member of Mid-Atlantic Society of Association Executives (MASAE) and recently served as a co-chair for MASAE’S Mid-Year Convention Planning Committee.

Canino has earned a BS in Business Administration/Marketing from Rowan University.

Amy Schroeder is a senior account manager. She’s responsible for being the link between clients and CMA, which comprises building B2B and B2C client relations, managing client projects and facilitating the development of client strategy. Also, she ensures that the client’s needs and goals are met on time and within budget.

Schroeder brings more than a decade of experience in account management, client relations and advertising. She has diverse knowledge in marketing strategy, across multiple mediums, including radio, TV, events and digital. Schroeder has earned a BS in Marketing and Psychology from St. Joseph’s University. She is Google Analytics and Google Adwords certified.

Kimberly Tjoumakaris is a content marketing specialist responsible for creating content for blogs, press releases, websites, magazine articles and emails for clients. Tjoumakaris has more than a decade of experience in the nonprofit and corporate sectors. It included curating and managing content for websites, social media and print media. She also crafted messaging for marketing initiatives, developed social media strategies and identified story angles to raise national visibility.

Tjoumakaris holds a BA in Communications from Stockton University and an MS in Communications from Drexel University.

Paulina Gnuechtel is a senior account manager responsible for driving strategic client initiatives. Prior to CMA, Gnuechtel was an account manager at Wunderman (Y&R Brands, WPP Agency), where she worked on broadcast, behavioral targeting and creative for a Fortune 500 technology company. She led B2B projects, delivering hundreds of jobs each year.

Gnuechtel has earned a BS in Business Marketing from St. Edward’s University.
