Back-to-School for TMG Team Members as Nine Enhance Their Careers Through Professional Development

MT. ROYAL, NJ  – Talley Management Group, Inc. (TMG), a 33-year-old, employee owned, leading association management company, proudly announces that seven of its team members have completed the six-week Digital Event Strategist (DES) certification program. Each individual passed the DES Certification Exam, certifying them as Digital Event Strategists by PCMA, the world’s largest, most respected, and most recognized network of business events strategists. Two additional staff achieved certificates in the areas of virtual meeting and event
management and diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

“Professional development is one of our key pillars and is a part of who we are as a team,” said COO Joe Sapp, CAE, MBA. “With seven of our staff receiving their DES Certification, and two obtaining certifications in additional areas, we can provide our client partners with expanded knowledge, foresight, and experience needed to plan and execute events, regardless of platform, audience, or location, successfully and efficiently. They have established their professional credibility while affirming their commitment to continued education and growth.”
