The National College Testing Association Names Impact Association Management as AMC

Madison, WI - Impact Association Management announced a new partnership with the National College Testing Association (NCTA). This partnership will assist NCTA in its mission to promote professionalism and quality in the administration of testing services and programs.

“NCTA looks forward to this new partnership,” said Sara Rieder Bennett, Ph.D., President of NCTA. “Impact comes with a wealth of experience and the Governing Council sees great opportunity to support our members more than ever with this transition."

NCTA was founded in 2000 and now has more than 2,300 members, representing over 600 post-secondary institutions and more than 60 corporations and certification agencies in the United States, Canada, and around the globe. The organization maintains a comprehensive set of standards for testing centers administering paper-pencil and computer-based examinations, as well as a compilation of useful operational guidelines.

Following the retirement of their previous association management provider, NCTA’s partnership with Impact is an opportunity to bring a fresh perspective to all aspects of their operations.

“We look forward to working with NCTA on continuing their growth and ensuring an amazing member experience,” said Jodi Fisher, CEO and Founder of Impact Association Management.

Impact’s experience partnering with associations in the academic testing and assessment industries make the company well-positioned to bring value to NCTA and provide expert guidance as the association continues to grow.

“In addition, by assessing the use of technology, building greater efficiencies, and improving processes overall we hope to further solidify operations to provide organizational sustainability and continuity,” said Fisher.
