Association Management Center Expands Client Success Team with 3 Vice Presidents  

Association Management Center (AMC), a leading Chicago-based association management company that helps associations Achieve What You Believe, has expanded its  Client Success Team with three vice presidents to strategically drive growth, revenue, and innovation for our association clients. 

 

Comprised of senior leaders who bring decades of experience in positioning associations for profit and expansion, the Client Success Team oversees and manages AMC’s relationship with our clients, ensuring the development of business growth strategies, the delivery of service excellence, and the overall achievement of our clients’ strategic objectives.

 

The Client Success Team has been expanded to include 3 executives from within AMC who have been promoted to Vice President of Client Success:

 

  • Mary Beth Benner, CAE, Vice President of Client Success, brings 23 years of association leadership experience to her new role. She joined AMC in 2000 and has served as executive director of the American Society for Bioethics and Humanities (ASBH) since 2017. Results-focused, Benner champions a high-performing culture that delivers value and growth to associations. She will continue to serve as executive director for ASBH in addition to her role on the Client Success Team.
  • Gayle Irvin, MPH CAE, Vice President of Client Success, brings 22 years of executive association leadership to her new role. She joined AMC in 2019 as the executive director of the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses (ARN). An agile strategist, Irvin excels in leading organizations to higher levels of profitability. She will continue to serve as executive director for ARN in addition to her role on the Client Success Team.
  • Leah Zamora, CAE, Vice President of Client Success, brings 13 years of association leadership to her new role. She joined AMC in 2013 and has served as executive director for the Agnes Marshall Walker Foundation (AMWF) since 2015 and the Association of Neuroscience Nurses (AANN) and American Board of Neuroscience Nursing (ABNN) and since 2019. Outcome oriented, Zamora has a track record of identifying untapped areas of new opportunity for organizations. She will continue to serve as executive director for AANN, ABNN, AMWF in addition to her role on the Client Success Team.

 

The three Vice Presidents of Client Success will work closely with other members of the Client Success Team, including AMC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Steve Smith, Chief Operating Officer (COO) Susan Farrell Stock, and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Hans Zetterstrom.
