Raybourn Group International Wins Best Places to Work in Indiana for Fifth Consecutive Year

Indianapolis - Raybourn Group International (RGI) is proud to be named by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana for the fifth consecutive year. RGI is an accredited association management company known for customized solutions and long-standing client partnerships. However, RGI is more than a workplace; it's a place where professional aspirations and personal growth are nurtured and celebrated. Employees can be their true selves, supported by accessible leadership and open communication. RGI prioritizes employee well-being and invests heavily in continuous education and professional growth. The team's collaborative spirit fosters problem-solving and a strong sense of community. Staff members enjoy the impact of their work, contributing to meaningful success for clients and the industries they serve.

“At RGI, we are passionate about what we do every day, and Best Places to Work in Indiana  recognition validates the high level of professionalism of the staff members who are achieving new levels of success for RGI non-profit association clients. I am proud of the culture that’s been built at RGI because each individual's contribution is valued and celebrated," said Leslie Murphy, FASAE, CAE, President of RGI.  “All companies that participate in the Best Places to Work program receive an in-depth evaluation identifying strengths and weaknesses according to their employees. RGI’s senior leadership spent time during a strategic retreat session doing a deep dive into the survey results, analyzing the year-over-year trends. This analysis became the basis for changes in benefit decisions, staff education topics and policies and procedures.”

The top companies in the state were determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. The Workforce Research Group handled the selection process. Winning organizations represent more than 30 cities and towns from companies with an Indiana employee count from 15 to 1,336. All companies will be ranked across five size categories at an April 30 dinner event. This marks the largest group ever to be ranked.
